Came across this firesale on Criagslist tonight: "I am offering our salesforce CRM software. I have purchased the service and no longer need it, but it does everything! I paid $17,000+ for it and have a 1 year contract that I do not need anymore." I'm guessing the folks in Legal would have something to say about this. From the MSA (emphasis mine): Salesforce.com hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide right to use the Service, solely for your own internal business purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by salesforce.com and its licensors. |
