Salesforce Automation System

Yesterday, NJ Transit launched their Salesforce Ideas site called, "riders platform".

The site is definitely in beta as there are a number of limitations -- I had to wait to have my registration approved before getting a username and password.  Additionally, there are no comments and all ideas are reviewed by NJ Transit before posting. I'd rethink that one if I were you guys - it may be beta, but let's not create additional hurdles here (the registration process is painful enough).

I'm sure I spoke for those of us in the Northeast Corridor when I say I hope they see enough usage during the beta period (reported to be a month) to move forward.
