Polly Sumner Joins Salesforce.com |

Salesforce.com announced today that Polly Sumner is joining the firm as President, Platform, Alliances and Services. She will report directly to Benioff and oversee "the technology and marketing for the company's Force.com platform, alliances with global independent software vendors and service partners, and salesforce.com's professional services organization."
Sumner worked at Oracle from 1987 to 1999 and was most recently President of Global Services for Telcordia.
According to this article on witi.com, Larry Ellison once described her as "the most aggressive man he's ever met."
